Series 08 & 44 STUMP JUMP HARROWS
Category C:

Stump Jump Harrows - Category C, Series 08, 44 - curved

A dependable and versatile style of harrow popular when cultivation type harrowing needs to be done.

Rugged construction and flexible stump jump action make these harrows a natural choice in assisting to prepare cultivated land. The sections easily accommodate uneven ground, stony areas or roughly cleared country which would present difficulties for rigid tine harrows.

Manufactured in 20 tine sections weight 41kg (90lb) for the Series 08 and 44.2kg (97 1/2 lb) for the Series 44. All sections cover 863mm (2'10") and feature 44mm (1 1/4") tine spacing. A Four Point Pull design is featured on the Series 08 and 41. Series 44 sections have Two Point Pulls.

Series 04 DIAMOND HARROW
Category C:

For weed control and final seedbed preparation. This rigid Diamond Harrow features sturdy square section, low draft, tapered tines to shatter soil crusts allowing improved aeration and moisture penetration. Built in 1.016m (3'4") wide sections weighing 30kg (66lb) each and supplied in sets between two and ten sections complete with drawbars.

Series 48 JUMBO CULTIVATION HARROW

Murray Agricultural Equipment has set the pace in tillage with the Series 48 Jumbo Cultivation Harrow - a truly heavy duty Tine Harrow to meet the demands of today's farming practices.

The Murray Series 48 Jumbo Cultivation Harrow meets a real need that has emerged in some areas for a flexible, cultivation-style Harrow suuitable for seedbed preparation and soil working in heavier soils. It is significantly heavier than standard Stump jump harrows. Heavier steel components add to weight for improved penetration, greater strength and an extended working life.

Versatile Performance:
Greater tine layback and wide inter-rank tine spacing give the Murray Series 48 Jumbo Cultivation Harrow a superior trash handling ability. Longer tines allow a greater working depth and provide a longer working life. A fully interlocking tine/frame design assists in maintaining tines in the optimum vertical working position.

The Series 48 can also be used in conjunction with heavy primary tillage implements including disc harrows, to produce the basis of a finer seedbed. It is also useful for pasture establishment or renovation, and harrowing where extra weight and strength is required.

Hitch points and pivot points on the Series 48 Jumbo Harrow have been engineered to accommodate the rigours of the heavy work the implement was designed for.

This implement was designed and built by Murray Agricultural Equipment, a business with specialist experience in quality Harrows since 1903. Here is a Tine Harrow built with "traditional excellence" to suit today's farming practices in situations where greater strength is needed.

Series 38 FOLDING WING FRAMES Category C

For Convenient, Economical Harrow Transporting:
Murray Series 38 Folding Wing Harrow Frames provide the economical and
convenient answer to harrow operation and transport problems. Designed to
fit Category I or II three-point linkage systems, Murray Series 38 Harrow
Frames permit ready transport between paddocks, even through the popular
smaller gateways of 10 and 12 feet. Depending on model, transport widths
range from a mere 2.1 metres (6'10") to just 3.8m (12'5"). Standard Series
38 models offer working widths in the range of 3.5m (11'4"0 to 5.7m (18'9").

Compact, Reliable:
Each unit features a top class frame designed and backed by Murray's
generations of experience. Simplicity and strength are combined in a
compact frame utilising a rigid linkage-mounted centre section and manually
folded wings.

Murray Series 38 Harrow Frames suit Category C Harrows including Stump Jump
and Diamond sections. Frames are supplied complete with centre section, wing
attachments and all rings & links to suit the harrow type and size
specified. (* 3 point linkage pins are not supplied).

The easy answer to Harrow transportation. Fits category I or II three point
linkage systems and permits ready transport between paddocks - even through
gateways of 10 and 12 feet". Transport widths range from 2.1 to 4m (6'10" -
13'2") with working widths 3.5 to 6.1m (11'4" - 20').*

Series 02 DRIVEN TINE HARROWS

The Murray Driven Tine was the Tine Harrow that started the Murray Harrows story. The first versions were manufactured back in 1903 by Mr Hugh Murray himself. Unfortunately, Murray Agricultural Equipment ceased manufacturing the famous Murray Driven Tine Harrow in 2006. We sold the last section mid 2007. We still have a limited number of service parts available
